Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna And Flora (CITES)

The Department has primary responsibility for the implementation of Australia’s requirements for international movement of species listed under the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES).

These requirements are given effect through the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (EPBC Act).

MICOR

MICOR sets out the known requirements that exporters and the Department of Agriculture, Water and the Environment (Department) must meet for products and commodities to be accepted for import into specific overseas countries.

Importers and exporters are required to satisfy the Commonwealth that their imports do not contain Asbestos.

This template is used to assist in that function. Please request your supplier complete accordingly if required. 

OSCL - Container Acceptance of Liability

Agreement to cover any additional container fees from the various shipping line for damage and charges for the late return of container.

Date of Export Declaration

A form required to be completed by your supplier to ensure we are declaring the correct date of export to Customs.


The date of export directly affects the valuation components of the formal customs declaration.
