I was receiving a package from South Africa via international air freight at Canberra airport. This was the first time I’ve had any need to clear and collect international air freight.  The people in airfreight suggested that I use a customs agent to help clear the package. I wondered whether this was necessary but when they provided me with a copy of the documentation and explained the requirements, which were completely new to me and confusing, I asked for some recommendations for agents. They kindly provided some recommendations and I contacted Bianca from Onesource Customs & Logistics.  I am so glad I did. Bianca was truly amazing. She was onto it within 10 minutes of my call and guided me through the documentation that I needed to provide and had them lodged by the end of the day. My package was cleared and I was able to collect it the next morning. I was amazed at the speed and efficiency with which Bianca dealt with this and so grateful that I made contact with her. I had a DG package shipped from USA to Aus as air freight and it was stuck awaiting customs clearances. Bianca was excellent in quickly understanding my problem, communicating the solution and what paperwork and fees were required, and then quickly securing that release before I was hit with storage fees.
