Bianca Flint is the founder and director of OneSource Customs & Logistics, bringing over a decade of end-to-end logistics and supply chain expertise to the business. Based in Perth and with industry experience since 2013, Bianca is a licensed customs broker and both NCCC & AEPCOMM quarantine certified.
Her career has spanned imports, exports, domestic transport, project management, 3PL warehousing, and customs compliance, giving her a well-rounded perspective on the challenges businesses face in moving goods across borders. Holding qualifications in International Business, Marketing, and Customs Brokering, Bianca specialises in assessing each client’s unique supply chain needs and developing practical, tailored solutions.
With a genuine passion for supporting new entrepreneurs and small to medium businesses, Bianca focuses on making complex trade processes simple, accessible, and compliant.
Bianca has been recognised for her leadership and contribution to the industry, receiving the CWB Small Business Woman of the Year 2023 and the Brave Award at the 2024 Women in Altitude Awards, celebrating her as an up-and-coming force in the logistics sector. She continues to champion women in business and the broader small business community.
Steve has been a serving defence member for over twenty-two years, having extensive experience within multiple corps and units within Army. He has been an Administrative Clerk for many years and has developed his core competencies in his field during that time. Steve has also worked as an Administrative Manager within the private aviation cargo sector.
During his career he has gained extensive training, ranging from OHS, Data Security and Analytics that can be advantageously utilised. Steve is trained to work in a high compliance and demanding atmosphere and has honed his abilities to work competently and accurately in a demanding field.
